• We offer a commitment fee for this event to keep a seat and avoid non-attendance of participant registration (up to 300 pax). This commitment fee below applied for all conference participants.

• Travel and accommodation arrangements are to be made individually, unless otherwise supported by the organiser.​

• Tea break and lunch will be provided only for registered participants and poster presenters.​​

• The speaker and committee dinner will take place on 22 September 2026 and requires an additional fee for participants. If you are interested in attending, please contact the organiser for further details.

Call for Posters & Abstracts

• All poster presenters will receive a certificate of participation. Selected posters will be considered for the Best Poster Award, which includes a certificate and prize.
